Warehouse Agent

Coordinate all work activities relating to processing freight flow (in- & outbound); receive goods and check freight for correct quantity, quality and possible damages; picking, checking and loading pallets for outgoing freight; handle various internal transport means; operate pallet jack, forklift and/or electric pump trucks for loading/unloading; create OSD reports and ensure correct completion; check cargo manifests and assign tasks; perform double checks on freight, ULDs, references & AWB numbers; perform Dangerous Goods and/or Lithium checks if in possession of IATA DG Certificate; manage contouring/building and breaking down of ULDs; adhere to security and compliance rules; ensure a safe work environment; meet KPI standards; maintain a clean work environment and proper storage areas; comply with government and internal regulations; escalate problems to management as needed; strong software proficiency (MS Excel/Word) and English language skills; forklift license preferred.
