Job Summary
Prepare warehouse orders, coordinate with staff to track processing status, and schedule customer deliveries. Communicate with carriers, input AVIS data into the system, and delegate tasks while following up on client inquiries. Perform inbound and outbound bookings in SAP EWM, archive shipping documents, and participate in regular inventory counts. Manage diverse administrative duties with a focus on organization and reliability. This role supports the logistics team at Samsung SDS Smart Logistics in Korbach, utilizing our proprietary Cello platform for supply chain solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung wie beispielsweise Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen oder eine ähnliche Berufsausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in diesem Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse in Warenannahme, Lagerung, Umschlag und Versand
- Organisationstalent und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssoftware (SAP EWM, WMS-Systemen) nice to have, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
