Job Summary
Prepare warehouse orders, assign tasks to staff, and track processing status while scheduling customer deliveries and communicating with transport companies. Enter ASN information into the system, delegate inquiries, and respond to customer requests. Record goods receipts and issues in SAP EWM, archive shipping documents, and assist with regular stock checks. This role requires commercial vocational training, initial professional experience, and strong organizational skills. Located in Korbach, Germany, the position supports Samsung SDS Smart Logistics' global operations using the proprietary Cello platform.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial vocational training, e.g. as a Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen) or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in this field
- Solid knowledge of goods receiving, storage, handling, and shipping
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience
- Good working knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Good communication skills in German
Desired Qualifications
- Initial experience with warehouse management software (SAP EWM, WMS systems)
