Job Summary
Warehouse 3rd Shift Supervisor overseeing the distribution center’s functional area, directing daily operations, interviewing/training associates, ensuring safety and facility maintenance standards, implementing shrinkage-control programs, coordinating with other supervisors, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and guiding the team to meet daily business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two to four year degrees related to business management preferred, but not required
- One to two years’ experience in a supervisory role in a mid-size to large distribution center, or demonstrated skills through internal development program
- Ability to manage in a professional work environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Sound judgment
- Efficient planning and prioritization
- Ability to learn and communicate new information
- Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
