Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow, delegating tasks, and monitoring associates to ensure safety, productivity, and adherence to work instructions. Provide technical guidance to staff, train new associates, and address employee relations issues through consultation with management. Assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and clerical duties while maintaining a safe, positive work environment. This safety-sensitive role may require operating heavy machinery. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze and problem solve
- Previous leadership and supervision experience
- Working knowledge of email/Microsoft Outlook
- Proven record of leadership potential
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident eligible to work in the United States
- Must be available for work and in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120-130
- Must be available for drug testing
