Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Wardrobe department by supervising Clerks and Seamstresses, assigning slots on the conveyor system, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions for uniforms, repairs, and alterations. Train team members, appraise performance, resolve complaints, and maintain organized records while communicating operational updates to management. Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories, analyze statistical data for reports, and suggest procedural improvements to enhance customer service and department efficiency. Requires flexibility to work various shifts and ability to handle moderate noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years inventory, warehouse, logistics, receiving or related work experience
- Bar code scanning experience required
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- General knowledge of sizing and fitting of garments and operation of sewing machine
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to work well with others in a team building environment, but also work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work various shifts
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more with assistance

Desired Qualifications
- Uniform/Wardrobe department experience preferred
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred
- One year supervisory experience preferred
