Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day running of the ward department and lead a team of highly qualified nurses. Deliver excellent patient care by using your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience. Ensure we deliver high standards in care inside an enviable working environment. This role requires an RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification, with prior experience as a Junior Sister or Ward Manager. The position is permanent, full-time, and scheduled for 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.
