Ward Clerk at The Oregon Clinic's GI Endoscopy Center in SW Portland. Primary duties include preparing and cleaning pre- and post-procedure bays, stocking and maintaining supplies in patient care areas, assembling and maintaining patient-ready bed/linen packs to support efficient patient flow, performing or assisting with endoscope reprocessing per protocols, collaborating with nursing/technical staff to support patient flow and safety, maintaining a clean, organized, infection-prevention compliant environment, participating in quality improvement and ongoing training initiatives, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications include at least 1 year of healthcare or related experience, ability to take initiative, work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in basic computer systems, and a commitment to patient-focused care and safety.
