Job Summary
Plan and execute leadership and organizational support activities while enhancing management tools for practical application. Manage, coordinate, and follow up on HR projects and strategic initiatives across the Group. Prepare and deliver presentations, analyses, and communication materials for HR leadership and global stakeholders. Provide professional guidance and operational support to HR colleagues across the organization to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable services. This role strengthens leadership support, improves collaboration between Group, regional, and local teams, and accelerates the responsible use of digital and AI-enabled solutions in HR. You will work closely with colleagues across the Group, Regions, and local companies to support Jotun's continued international growth.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
- Operational hands-on HR Experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Confident navigating both operational and strategic HR matters
- Digitally proficient, with strong HR systems and AI capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from Strategic HR, working in a cross-cultural and international environment
- Experience from several different topics of HR
- Experience with AI-enabled tools
- Team and service-oriented with a passion for helping people and organizations succeed
- Curious and eager to learn
- Able to form relationships and network cross organizational hierarchies
- Able to manage a high workload, balance multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality results
