Job Summary
Business Development Representative to help build the outbound pipeline for a fast-growing B2B marketplace. You’ll identify high-value targets across tech, AI, and enterprise sectors; run outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized videos; partner with GTM leadership to refine messaging and plays; help codify the sales motion for scale; and earn a fast-track path to Account Executive with support from leadership. You’ll operate directly with founders and the Head of Growth to drive top-of-funnel activity and move opportunities toward closing, with current hires closing six-figure contracts and an emphasis on rapid progression through the sales org.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, banking, or consulting
- ability to run outbound campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
- ability to operate with executives and founders
- track record of high performance
- willingness to thrive in fast-paced, in-person environments
