Wanderführer in Albanien, Kosovo, Montenegro und Nordmazedonien

Lead small groups of international guests on multi-day trekking tours through Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia, managing customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal dynamics to ensure a seamless experience. Deliver educational content on local nature, geology, culture, and history while acting as the sole decision-maker responsible for group safety, logistics, and emergency response. Provide first aid and emotional support to travelers, handling last-minute schedule changes and on-call rotations as needed. This role requires fluent German and Albanian, with mandatory in-house training and a 25-minute aptitude test prior to assignment. Most tours occur between May and October.
