Walnut Creek - Relationship Manager 2 - Full Time - Onsite - (No.CA)

RM II consults with members to identify needs, refer appropriate products/solutions, and follow up on pending transactions. Responsibilities include handling deposits and loan accounts (including HELOCs), posting deposits/withdrawals/loan payments, performing account maintenance, and profiling member accounts to recommend Investment Services, Insurance, First Mortgages, Small Business lending, and cash management solutions. May coach/mentoring staff, assist with leadership in the absence of branch management, and report any suspicious behavior or suspected fraud. Emphasis on delivering a positive member experience and maintaining confidentiality; requires strong communication, interpersonal, and compliance skills.
