Job Summary
Walmart Retail MBA Intern contributes to business-critical projects, supports Land O’Lakes Walmart business, develops cross-functional working relationships, analyzes Retail Link and other data to identify growth opportunities, assists in broker management and retail execution, and engages with mentorship and professional development opportunities. The internship is a pipeline for an Account Manager role and requires in-person presence in Bentonville, AR for 20–25 hours per week. Skills emphasized include data analysis, leadership, communication, and proficiency with MS Office applications. This role offers exposure to both Land O’Lakes and customer businesses within a Fortune 250 cooperative context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and current Walton College MBA student required with expected graduation date of Spring or Summer 2026
- Ability to work a minimum of two days/week in the Bentonville, Arkansas office location (20 – 25 hours total per week)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
