Job Summary
Maintenance position performing building, grounds, and equipment upkeep with duties including general cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, minor remodeling tasks (carpet painting), plumbing and electrical repairs, and use of power tools. Responsible for safety checks on company vehicle, adhering to schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm), and acting as point of contact for renters at Corporate and Advanced Autobody. Location: Fargo, ND. No supervisory responsibilities required. Salary is hourly at $23-$26, equating to approximately $47,840–$54,208 per year.
Required Qualifications
