Job Summary

Provide customers with thorough walkthroughs of newly purchased RVs, explaining features, systems, operation, and proper usage/maintenance. Demonstrate how to use and maintain appliances, electronics, plumbing, heating/cooling, and other components; answer questions; document issues and coordinate with appropriate departments for resolution; assist with RV deliveries and orientations; stay updated on RV technology and features; ensure a positive customer experience. Requires professional communication, ability to work independently, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Typical environment includes an RV dealership setting with varied conditions; weekend/holiday hours may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in RV sales or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of RV systems, features, and operation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise instructions and explanations.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate challenges and opportunities concisely and clearly
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s license free of suspensions within the last 3 years
