Job Summary
Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer responsible for patrolling assigned sites, monitoring cameras/alarms, controlling access, responding to incidents, and writing clear incident reports. Supervised by a Sergeant; duties include enforcing site rules, supporting emergency response, and possibly operating screening devices. Requires 21+ with weekend availability, High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo background check and drug test. Flexible scheduling with training opportunities and growth potential in a professional security team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of security, law enforcement, or related experience (preferred)
- Eligible for Georgia 24-hour unarmed security certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
- Calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, or lift as needed for long periods
- MUST be 21 years of age
- MUST have open availability on weekends. Evening and holiday availability is also required
