Job Summary
Walk-in Clinic PA or NP to join Mason Health in Shelton, WA. 4 9-hour shifts per week in a walk-in clinic setting. Procedures not required, but are optional if interested. 2 dedicated RNs and 1 MA per provider. Supportive environment with mentorship from 15 MDs and 15 APPs within Mason Health's primary care team. Experienced candidates preferred. Compensation includes base salary in the range of $150,000-$162,000 (negotiable), potential production bonuses, negotiable sign-on bonus starting at $20,000, and a student loan repayment program up to $60,000. Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, CME stipend, two retirement plans with an 8% match, and a pension plan.
