Job Summary
Walk-in Clinic PA or NP needed in Shelton, WA to join Mason Health’s primary care team. Provide patient care in a walk-in clinic with 4 shifts of 9 hours per week, supported by 2 dedicated RNs and 1 MA per provider. Procedures are optional if interested. Collaborative environment with mentorship from 15 MDs and 15 APPs. Base salary $150k-$162k (negotiable) with potential production bonuses and a sign-on bonus starting at $20k. Includes student loan repayment up to $60k, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision), CME stipend, and retirement plans with 8% match. Experience is preferred.

- Walk-in clinic setting experience preferred
