Job Summary
Walk-in clinic setting in Shelton, WA seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join Mason Health's primary care team. Four 9-hour shifts per week; 2 dedicated RNs and 1 MA per provider; mentorship available from 15 MDs and 15 APPs; procedures not required but optional if interested. Compensation includes base salary $150,000-$162,000 (negotiable based on skills/experience), production bonuses for current providers (~$170,000-$195,000), sign-on bonus starting at $20,000, student loan repayment up to $60,000, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, CME stipend, retirement plans with 8% match).
