Waking Night Support Worker

Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans for residents with autism, while undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment. Support residents in developing skills to fully participate in the community and live the life they want within a residential setting in Teignmouth. This role requires resilience and natural empathy to support people through daily highs and lows.
