Waking Night Care and Support Worker

Provide a waking overnight presence in the house to support community members with learning disabilities, building relationships and sharing daily life joys and challenges. Deliver personal care and administer medication while working alongside core members, volunteers, and staff to ensure the smooth running of the house and integrate as part of the wider community. Assist individuals with their spiritual choices. Document shift activities using a digital system, attend regular meetings with your line manager for learning and development, and maintain a 36-hour weekly schedule across four nights.
