Waiver Support Manager responsible for ensuring the delivery of all direct care services to individuals in the Waiver program on their caseload. Works under the supervision of the Program Director/Assistant Program Director and collaborates with a team including individuals served, families, staff, and service providers. Delivers on-call support during off-duty hours, ensures compliance with Medicaid waiver billing, maintains thorough documentation (including daily data sheets, clinic notes, attendance logs, time records, and incident reports), prepares quarterly and annual plans, coordinates transportation as identified in each persons plan, and supervises direct care employees to ensure services are delivered per individual plans. Requires maintaining confidentiality, participating in staff meetings/trainings, and staying competent through ongoing learning. Requires on-site presence at the complex; telecommuting is not allowed. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience; supervision experience is preferred. Benefits eligibility is as described in the Employee Handbook.
