Job Summary
Greet and seat guests promptly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders while monitoring satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Serve food and beverages according to established standards, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and pricing; ensure proper food presentation and monitor temperature and quality. Coordinate course timing with kitchen staff, maintain service area cleanliness, and follow all food safety procedures. Complete opening and closing checklists, maintain accurate cash handling, and record guest preferences. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment at Villa Roma Resort.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing/walking
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
