Waitstaff

Check floor plans for assigned stations and greet all residents and guests, assisting them to tables and handling walkers as needed. Distribute menus, take orders while monitoring dietary requirements, and ensure proper portion controls for appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts. Serve meals and beverages with accuracy, anticipating resident needs through non-verbal cues and responding promptly to special requests. Set and clear tables, bus soiled dishes, and maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, vacuuming floors, and rotating stock. Monitor dining areas for odors or unsanitary conditions, reporting unusual eating habits to the Director of Wellness. Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow and support special events within the community.
