Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus with knowledgeable recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders, serve promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and process payments using the Point of Sale system. Manage multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and resolve customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. This role requires a valid Food Handler's Card, proficiency in English, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and standing for extended periods.
