Job Summary
Waitstaff provide courteous meal delivery service to residents in various dining and event areas, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, clearing and resetting tables, and adhering to sanitation procedures. Essential skills include customer service, effective communication, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork. Completion of required training and certifications is expected, alongside maintaining confidentiality and following workplace policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required or being pursued by high school student)
- Completion of the Highlands Hearthstone Ambassador training within 30 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with senior population
- Prior Waitstaff or kitchen experience
- SERV Safe Certification
Additional Requirements
- Medical Screening
- Criminal History Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Only required if you have not lived in PA for the last 2 years)
- Immigration and naturalization (I-9) Clearance
