Job Summary
As a member of the Waitstaff team, you will provide excellent service to guests, enhancing their dining experience. Responsibilities include anticipating guests' needs, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the dining room, and maintaining high hospitality standards. This is a tipped position that offers opportunities for growth such as Certified Trainer, Shift Leader, and Management roles. Ideal candidates should embody teamwork and possess strong customer service skills, while being able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Open to varied work schedules and hours
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
