Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, refill beverages, and respond promptly to requests. Process payments, provide accurate change or receipts, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service while following food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Report customer concerns or complaints to management when necessary. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
