Job Summary
Sets up banquet and break tables with required items per property standards, preparing non-entree items such as coffee, bread, and condiments. Serves food and beverage to guests in banquet and meeting break settings, garnishes dishes, and responds to additional requests while monitoring meal completion. Ladles soup, portions desserts, brews coffee, and clears tables to store items properly after each course. Performs side work and other services as required while adhering to all KHC policies, dress codes, and safety standards. No supervisory responsibilities.
