Job Summary
Deliver Excellent Guest Service by greeting guests, assisting with seating, taking orders, and providing attentive service per hotel standards. Actively promote hotel facilities and local attractions; serve food and beverages including cocktails, wine, and coffee; handle guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, and operating hours; follow service standards and safety procedures; ensure cleanliness of stations and equipment; support operational efficiency and teamwork. Requires minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, with experience in Japanese cuisine, bar/beverage service, and fine dining; strong English communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; age 20–30.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Server in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, traditional Japanese service)
- Bar operations and beverage service (cocktails, spirits, wines)
- Fine dining restaurant service
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and menu items
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Well-groomed, professional, and pleasant personality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
