WAITRESS-FINE DINING

Lead and supervise the waitstaff team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant. Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to provide detailed explanations and recommendations to guests. Train and mentor staff members, providing ongoing coaching and support to elevate their skills and knowledge. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress from high-end fine dining concepts is a must, with excellent English communication skills required. Russian language ability is preferred. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
