Job Summary
Welcome and assist showroom guests in a warm and professional manner while serving coffee, tea, water, refreshments, and light snacks. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hospitality area, monitor supplies, and handle customer requests politely and efficiently. Support the showroom team during customer visits, events, and VIP appointments, ensuring high standards of personal grooming, etiquette, and customer service. Prioritize a pleasant personality and professional appearance to deliver a welcoming experience in this fast-paced, premium environment. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Hostess, Guest Relations, or Customer Service professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-service oriented and comfortable interacting with VIP clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional showroom environment
- Female candidates preferred
