Job Summary
Greet and seat guests, take food and drink orders accurately, and serve meals promptly while maintaining high presentation standards. Provide menu information, handle customer enquiries and complaints with courtesy, and assist with table setup and clearing. Process payments efficiently and ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are followed. Work closely with the kitchen team to support timely service during matchdays.
