Greet patients upon arrival, collect names, complete screening sheets, and assign tracking numbers while ensuring mask compliance and safety protocols. Inquire about visit reasons, guide patients through next steps, and assist unattended or confused individuals with their immediate needs. Maintain situational awareness of the waiting room, update the tracking board with accurate patient details, and remove obstacles from walkways. Coordinate directly with front desk and triage staff, notify translators for language assistance, and support registration activities as needed. Participate in ongoing training to enhance performance and knowledge within the clinic operations team.
