Waiters/Waitresses

Greet guests warmly in the dining room and efficiently take food and beverage orders while following established service steps. Deliver items promptly, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards, and follow up on additional guest needs. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and specialized diets to advise guests and accommodate preferences. Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and address complaints by relaying information to supervisors. Collect tickets, adhere to cash-handling procedures, and keep the dining area clean and properly set up. Operate equipment such as coffee machines and fire extinguishers, and collaborate with other departments during special events. Prior waiter/waitress experience is required for this full-time role at a Springpoint Senior Living Community.
