Welcome guests with energy, take orders, serve dishes, and share menu recommendations. Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting needs before they arise and communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen to ensure every dish and drink lands perfectly. Handle questions, requests, and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving while maintaining a clean, organized station. Support colleagues during busy moments to create a great team rhythm. This role requires 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.
