Waiter/Waitress role delivering outstanding service in THE NICI Collection luxury hotel group. Responsibilities include welcoming and serving guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, delivering excellent customer service throughout service, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and upselling menu items and hotel experiences where appropriate. About you: passionate about hospitality and guest service; friendly, confident, and professional; strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable.
