Job Summary
Welcome and engage members and guests warmly while delivering attentive, knowledgeable table service. Take food and beverage orders accurately with allergen awareness, making recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge. Monitor the guest experience proactively, handle payments, and present bills correctly. Work across different areas including section service, hosting, drinks, and coffee. Support smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with opening and closing duties, preparing the restaurant for service, and maintaining clean FOH and BOH areas. Collaborate closely with kitchen and front of house teams during busy periods while ensuring compliance with licensing and hygiene procedures. Represent the values of Birchwood, The Conduit, and Levy in a positive, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar front of house or hospitality role preferred
