Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and presenting menus with detailed explanations. Serve and clear items timely, ensuring tables are properly set, cleared, and reset while supporting team members with station refills. Act as a link between Front of House and Back of House to ensure smooth service flow, handling guest feedback and reporting concerns to the Manager on Duty. Maintain compliance with HACCP, FIFO, and safety standards, uphold grooming standards, and attend all briefings and training sessions. Perform any additional duties or special projects assigned by management.
