Job Summary
Lead the front of house team by overseeing service operations, managing bookings and guest notes, and ensuring all areas are fully prepared for shifts. Coach and mentor staff to maintain high standards while maximizing sales through confident menu and wine recommendations. Oversee section cleanliness, manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure all equipment meets hygiene standards. Maintain strict adherence to licensing laws and safety policies, escalating serious issues to management immediately. Share the history and artistry of Mimi Mei Fair and Miko Mei Fair with guests to enhance their dining experience.
