Job Summary
Provide excellent waiter service to ensure guest satisfaction by welcoming and guiding guests, serving food and drinks according to set standards, and offering menu recommendations. Manage mise en place duties including setting tables and polishing tableware. This role requires fluency in English and Dutch, knowledge of cash register systems, and the ability to work irregular hours including late shifts, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be guest-oriented, stress-resistant, and detail-focused. Blue Bay Curaçao Beach & Golf Resort offers a unique, upscale environment with luxury accommodations and an 18-hole golf course.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality environment
- Being hospitable
- Fluent English & Dutch
- Knowledge and working experience with a cash register system
- Willing to work unregular working hours and days (late shifts, weekends, holidays)
