Job Summary
Greet and support guests through their journey, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and handling bookings while upselling where possible. Conduct box demos, manage the cloakroom and boot room, and ensure guest-facing areas remain clean and presentable. Assist guests with transactions, replenish stock, and provide basic tech troubleshooting. Support kitchen and bar teams by preparing food and making cocktails as needed, while following all health and safety procedures. Work evenings and weekends to cover a range of duties in line with business needs.
