Waiter/Waitress (Arabic Speaking)

Serve food and beverage to guests according to service standards, policies, and etiquette while maintaining correct grooming and clearing service stations. Anticipate guest needs, update profiles with preferences, and present menus proactively. Follow up on financial, LQA, TrustYou, and Forbes targets daily, ensuring opening and closing checklists are completed and service stations are re-stocked. Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards, handle financial procedures, and report guest feedback via the Glitch Report. Attend briefings, follow evacuation policies, and perform special projects as requested by management.
