Job Summary
Greet and welcome all guests approaching the restaurant while handling, serving guests efficiently with flair and a courteous manner. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Food & Beverage items, allergens, and menu combinations to recommend pairings and up-sell alternatives alongside Hotel promotions. Manage cashier duties as assigned and assist team members to maintain cleanliness across the entire cluster. Maintain flexibility to extend job duties and redeploy to alternative departments as required to meet business demands and guest service needs.

- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Hotel or Restaurant is an advantage.
