Job Summary
Waiter/Waitress role delivering attentive, confident, and polished dining service in Luura's Paros locations, connecting kitchen, bar, and guests while upholding RIKAS standards; responsibilities include guiding guests through dining experiences, presenting menus, taking and entering orders into POS, ensuring timely service, handling allergies and dietary needs, maintaining table cleanliness, upselling to enhance guest experiences, coordinating with runners, bartenders, and kitchen teams, and mentoring junior team members; strong service knowledge, teamwork, and guest-focused communication are essential, with a minimum 2 years in upscale hospitality and eligible EU work status.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter in an upscale, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, menus, wine, cocktails, and service styles
- Understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, allergens, and service regulations
- Confident use of POS and operational systems
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Eligible to work in (EU) countries.
