Provide attentive hospitality service in a hotel F&B outlet: set up the outlet according to meal settings and hours, present menus, assist guests with recommendations, take and place orders, handle payments, ensure proper grooming and appearance, greet guests, seat them, and maintain service standards. Maintain knowledge of menus and promotions, participate in training, perform mise-en-place tasks, assist colleagues across departments as needed, and uphold health, safety, and hygiene policies. Contribute to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency through upselling, proactive guest care, and collaboration with supervisors and team members.
