Job Summary
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across the restaurants by greeting members and guests with warmth, guiding them through menus and wine lists, and building rapport with regulars. Take accurate orders entered correctly into the system, serve food and drinks promptly to high standards, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination. Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and maintain immaculate service stations by completing mise en place, clearing tables, and ensuring all areas are clean and organized. Handle member requests professionally while escalating issues as required, adhering to all food hygiene and safety procedures.
