Serve guests at the restaurant on Scandic Plaza in Umeå with a warm welcome, paying close attention to details and guest needs. Manage your own cash register and maintain order in your work and that of your colleagues to deliver a fantastic dining experience. Take significant personal responsibility for decisions that ensure guest satisfaction while supporting other hotel teams with additional tasks as required.
