Job Summary
Waiter to deliver elevated dining experiences in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Responsibilities include providing First Class Service, guiding each phase of the guest dining experience with confidence, processing payments per safety and security procedures, maintaining presentation and cleanliness, engaging guests as a brand ambassador, and supporting the team with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” mindset. Requires 3+ years in a similar setting, English proficiency preferred, legal work authorization, age compliance for alcohol service, and weekend/holiday flexibility. Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods and handling items up to 25 kg; adherence to safety and sanitation practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Proficiency in English preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the country where applying
- Must meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol and related duties
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
