Job Summary
Greet and escort guests to tables, ensuring proper setup and anticipating needs at all times. Maintain complete knowledge of all food items, liquor brands, wine lists, menu details, and dining room layouts. Follow restaurant standards and procedures while assisting with reservations, cancellations, and tracking house counts, arrivals, and VIPs. Correct equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to all department policies. Work in the Straits Kitchen Restaurant & Bar at Pan Pacific London, a Forbes Five-Star property in the Square Mile.
